Our Team
Todd Leinbach, President & Founder
Todd is a collector of many things, although most of his collection is based around local history, with a focus on Moravian antiques. He enjoys artisan-made furniture, antique rifles, and the legendary local whiskey jugs of Casper. Todd has always loved the outdoors. He’s an been an avid hunter his entire life. Now, he likes to spend his time off traveling the world in pursuit of big game, and considers himself a pretty good golfer. He still believes in the old adage “a bad day on the golf course is better than a good day at work.”
Andrew Leinbach, General Manager
As a boy, Andrew always wanted to be just like his dad. In the fourth grade when the teacher asked him what he wanted to be when he grew up - he didn’t have dreams of being an astronaut or a fireman, instead he told her “I want to follow in my dad’s footsteps and be an auctioneer.” He attended the University of North Carolina - Wilmington where he earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, an MBA in finance, and then pursued a 2nd MBA in Logistics from the Hoschule Bremen University in Germany. Andrew likes to spend time at the gym, on the golf course with his friends, or with family.
Donna Leinbach, Office Manager
Donna, although retired from her career as a Director at R.J.R., still helps out during the week and at every single auction sale. She’s the manager of all things related to the office, and the ladies on our team. She applies her expertise to ensure that all of the fast-moving parts are in order on sale day, and to cross every “t” and dot every “i” for the business. She enjoys spending time with the two family dogs, Belle & Storm, and at her vacation home in Atlantic Beach, NC. She loves all things history, traveling the world and on occasion, a comfortable nap by a warm fireplace.
