To leave an absentee bid we ask that bidders contact us ahead of time. It is best for the bidder to contact us via phone and speak to someone regarding the particular item and the bid amount that they would like to leave. Please note that there will be a 20% buyer’s premium attached to every absentee bid unless special circumstances are discussed between auctioneer Todd Leinbach and the bidder.
Live bids take place on-site at an auction. Once you’ve seen our administrative staff, registered your information, and received your bidder card – the floor is yours!
Registration occurs on-site on the day of a sale. When you’ve arrived, either come to the front office (or the auction trailer if the auction does not take place at the Leinbach Auction Gallery) where our staff will take care of everything for you!
